Returning home, Ruth Haversack befriends a young homeless girl. What she quickly finds out is the girl is wanted for a string of bank robberies- odd robberies that involve very little theft with the girl, Maura being able to unlock and decrypt with the touch of her hand. Ruth makes a call to Olivia who agrees to come and help. Slowly they unravel a mystery involving a corporation with ties to the military and a plot to hijack a nuclear missile silo…
