At a board meeting in California, Max receives information one of his companies is being used to import drugs. Soon he and Sandy find themselves caught in a tangled web of mob violence between the Mafia and the Russian Mob. Max eventually finds himself in Russia aided by a CIA operative who is not what he seems, he finds a city being used by the mob for drug manufacturing. Targeted by the United States he throws all his resources into stopping the spread of drugs in Russia as well as the United States.
